- “I Could Be Anything If I Only Knew What It Was.” I once bought a book solely because of that title; those few words summed up how I felt – full of potential but no clue what to do. It’s not a problem if you’re a teenager, but those days were already far behind me, and I still didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up. Just recently I've finally found my niche in helping other realize their publishing dreams, but along the way I’ve had fun trying on different lives. I’ve been accountant, artist, consultant, project manager, teacher, secretary, and novice scientist. Without the unifying thread of word-love and writing woven through all my work, I might feel it was a life of unfulfilled promise. Instead, I have a toy chest overflowing with glittering images and beguiling ideas. This blog is one of the places I bring them out to play.
